The Gorge Swing is one of the most exhilarating adrenaline activities in Victoria Falls. This high wire adventure is done on top of the Batoka gorge, 120m above the Zambezi River. Basically, you are strapped into a harness, connected to a giant swing.

Jump off the edge of the gorge down 70 metres before you start to swing in a pendulum. The swing itself is 95 metres. The width of the gorge at this point is 365 metres, so there is plenty of clearance as you swing inside the chasm. The Gorge Swing can be done alone, or in tandem.

The Gorge Swing is available all year round, and is one of the many adrenaline activities available at the Lookout. It starts with a pick up from your hotel/lodge at a scheduled time. The Lookout is a few minutes from the centre of town, with a short ride through the bush. It may be combined with other activities in a package for half a day filled with adventure. You will be returned to your accommodation after your activities.
